Parental Control
A major component of the Virtual Rush facility is the management software and the parental control lock that is built in. We prohibit any person under the age of seventeen to play games that are rated for mature audiences without the parents expressed permission.
At Virtual Rush, we believe it is the parent's right and responsibility to dictate the video games that their children are playing. The staff at Virtual Rush is always available to help parents make informed decisions about what games their child wants to play by providing them with relevant information about the game's contents. We have worked with many parents to help determine what types of games are appropriate for their children.
Game Ratings / ESRB Level
Did you know that just like movies, all video games are released with an age rating? The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) sets these ratings. Virtual Rush adheres to the ratings procedures of the ESRB very carefully. Games at Virtual Rush
What types of ratings have the games at Virtual Rush received? At any given point, roughly 25% of our titles are rated E, while 50% are rated for Teen. The remaining 25% are rated Mature. We DO NOT have any games that are rated for Adults only, or are Rating Pending.
Although the Mature category is very broad, and may contain undesired content, Virtual Rush goes one step further. We evaluate every game that we receive personally. We do not have any games on our systems that have any sexual conduct or sexual references including rape or violence against women. We also do not carry any games that contain drug use or extensive strong language. Many of the games that contain this type of content are designed for shock value, and have no other redeeming qualities.
We do understand that many games do contain some violent content. However, we work very hard to focus on the teamwork aspect of the game, and not on the violence itself.

Virtual Rush will help you arrange a party to fit your exact needs. We offer three different packages to fit your parties needs, and upgrades to customize things better.

How It Works
Reservation Times: We can host your party on any day of the week. There are timeslots beginning at 12:00 noon and ending at 10:00PM. Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. All dates must be approved by a Virtual Rush staff member before a party can be booked. Please show up 15 minutes before the start of your party to check in and take care of the payment. If you are running late, be sure to call and let us know! We may have to cancel your reservation if you don't arrive promptly. Please note that all requested times may not be available due to other events running at the facility.
Game Time & Food Time: Every Virtual Rush birthday party package includes an extra thirty minutes of time to eat and celebrate.
Party Extension: Sometimes our birthday parties are so exciting they want to play longer than they reserved. Usually we can accommodate this, but sometimes other reservations may prevent it. The cost for extending a party is billed at a reduced rate of $4 per person, per hour. We will do our best to accommodate all party extensions.
Food & Drink: Virtual Rush allows you to bring in your own cake or dessert for Birthday Parties. It is against our policy for other food or drink to be brought into the facility. If our listed foods do not meet the needs of your party, please contact us at via telephone or Email with your special request.
Payment & Money Down: The full payment for the party is due when you arrive before the party starts. We accept cash, credit card, and checks as payment. There are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS once the party has been paid for. The quoted price of the party does not include any applicable sales tax. We currently do not require a deposit payment on parties.
Changes in a Reservation: We require minimum 24 hour notice on any changes to your reservation. Please understand that even then, we may not be able to accommodate all needed changes due to other reservations. If a request is made less than 24 hours before the party, we will not be able to honor it.
